Educational platform for working with microscopic images
Below is just a small part of the functionality of the developed platform. In this project, I collaborated with other frontend and backend developers. We developed an administrative panel and a website for working with images of microscope slides. Users can add annotations, focus on them, view lectures, listen to audio, convert images to Deep zoom format, and much more.
Administrator imports files/folders/archives with microscope images. Then, in the interface, unpacks and separates files into necessary layers. Import is possible both from a local machine and from the cloud.
The user of the administrative panel creates catalogs with an arbitrary structure. Audio/video/images are linked to the created catalogs.
Applying annotations to files is possible using various shapes or freehand drawing.
If necessary, there is an option to group annotations and perform other manipulations related to their modifications.
The content of the main website is entirely dynamic, including the pages themselves.
Fully adaptive design. The platform is accessible from any device.
Users can browse the desired content using navigation or keyword search.
Users have access to view materials presented in the form of a catalog tree.
After selecting a topic of interest and authenticating, the user can view annotated DZI files managed in the admin panel.
